So last week a friend and I were looking through old stuff and found a tie-dye kit from when I was much younger so we thought we would put it to use for our 4th of JuLy festivities :)
First you have to damp the t-shirt and knot it up with rubber bands. You never really know how it will turn out...

once you have it all wrapped up with the rubber bands you add the dye |

as many colors as you want later :) |

wrap the t-shirt in plastic and let sit for 6-8 hours (I let it sit overnight) |

ta-daaaa!!! This is what it turned out like! |
